These terms are provisional. They set out the arrangement as it actually stands today, but none of it has been drafted or reviewed by a lawyer, and it is not the finished document. If a point below matters to you, email us and we will answer it directly.

Who runs this site
thelinks.golf is operated by the business behind The Links of Lakeville and The Links of Stillwater, Minnesota.
Booking happens somewhere else
Reservations are taken in Whoosh, a third-party system. Using it means agreeing to their terms as well as ours, and the booking rules that apply to your reservation are on our booking policy page.
Prices and information on this site
We publish rates, hours and menus as text on purpose. They can change, and the price you are shown at the point of booking is the one that applies.
Using the site
Ordinary use is fine. Scraping it, breaking it, or reusing our photography and copy elsewhere is not.
Liability and disputes
The limits of our liability for the website, and where a dispute would be heard.
