Getting started
- What is The Links?
- Two indoor golf venues in the Twin Cities - one in Lakeville, one in Stillwater. You book a bay by the hour, bring whoever you want, and play real courses on a GolfZon simulator with food and drinks on the way.
- I have never golfed. Is this for me?
- Yes, and you will not be the only one. The simulator does the scoring, nobody is waiting behind you, and you can put the difficulty on easy. Plenty of people come for the bar and end up swinging.
- Do I need to bring clubs?
- No. Club rental is $15 a set at Lakeville. Every bay is set up for right-handed play.
Rates
- How much does a golf simulator cost per hour in the Twin Cities?
- At The Links, a bay is $35 an hour through October 3rd, 2026 - and that is per bay, not per person. Up to six people can share one bay for the same price, which usually works out cheaper per head than a round outdoors.
- How many people fit in a bay?
- Up to six comfortably. Lakeville can hold about 36 golfers across its six bays if you take the place over for a group.
Booking
- What happens if I need to cancel?
- Cancel at least 48 hours before your reservation and it is free. Inside 48 hours you may be charged for the full bay reservation. At Stillwater you cancel through the Whoosh app, the same place you booked.
Leagues
- Do you run indoor golf leagues?
- Fall and winter leagues are planned at both venues, and Stillwater's would be its first season. Nothing is confirmed for the coming season yet - join the league list and we will email you the moment registration opens.
The bays
- Which simulators do you use?
- GolfZon simulators at both venues - six bays in Lakeville, four in Stillwater. They read your shot as you hit it, including ball speed, launch angle, spin and club path, and put the result on the screen a second later.
Events
- Can you host a work party or a birthday?
- Yes - corporate outings, birthdays and bachelor parties are a big part of what both venues do. Tell us the date and headcount and we will come back with options.
Locations
- Where can I play indoor golf near Stillwater, MN?
- The Links of Stillwater is at 5862 Omaha Ave N, inside Stillwater Bowl & Lounge, with four GolfZon bays. It opened in early 2026. You book a bay by the hour rather than per person, and the food and drink come from Stillwater Bowl.
- Where can I play indoor golf near Lakeville, MN?
- The Links of Lakeville is at 17630 Juniper Path Suite H, with six GolfZon bays, a full bar and nine screens. It has been open since 2022 and is The Links' south metro venue.
