What the work is like
Most of it is hospitality rather than golf. You are looking after people who have booked a bay for a couple of hours — getting them started on the simulator, running food and drinks, keeping the place clean and the night moving. Plenty of our customers have never played a round in their lives, and neither had plenty of our staff when they started.
Golf knowledge is optional. Enthusiasm for a warm building in February slightly less so — the work is indoors and year-round, and the busiest months here are the cold ones, which is the opposite of every outdoor course in Minnesota.

Everything is at The Links of Lakeville — 17630 Juniper Path Suite H, Lakeville, MN 55044. 6 bays and a full bar.
It is in the south metro. If getting there on a January evening would be a long drive, say so on the form rather than finding out in week three — and put the hours you can actually do in the availability box.
